FAQ

How does the sleep cycle method work?

Sleep tends to occur in ~90-minute cycles. Waking at the end of a cycle can feel easier. We plan bed and wake times in multiples of 90 minutes.

What’s a good sleep latency to use?

Latency is how long it takes you to fall asleep. Many people use 10–20 minutes. You can set 0–30 minutes here.

Is 6, 5 or 4 cycles better?

More cycles usually means more total sleep. We highlight 5 cycles (about 7.5 hours) as a balanced recommendation.

Can I use 12-hour or 24-hour time?

Yes. Toggle the 12h/24h switch. Your selected format is used for all displayed times.
